TAXES IN NORTH CYPRUS

If you have purchased your properties through a LTD company you will have to pay a sellers TAX of approximately 5% on each sale.

If you have purchased your properties in other people’s names there will be no sellers’ tax payable as each person has 1 allowance to sell a property TAX free.

If you have purchased your properties with a view to selling them before or on completion, there is no sellers’ tax as the properties have never been transferred into your name.
